importantInformation Each year the campground makes every effort to provide safe swimming opportunities by testing the water and by keeping the swimming areas staffed with lifeguards. Please be aware that if the safety of our swimmers is compromised, due to lack of lifeguard coverage or water quality issues, swimming will be prohibited and therefore cannot be a guaranteed activity. We apologize for this inconvenience as it may occur with little advance notice. See HERE for all current swimming closures! The swimming facilities at Sebago Cabins will be closed the weekend of August 28- September 4, 2015. During this time, campers may use the Lake Welch swimming facility during their camping stay by showing their valid camping permit. To insure fairness for all NY customers, any reservation with departure dates outside the 9-month Maximum Window can not be changed or cancelled until 18 days after the reservation was made. NO pets, smoking, alcohol or subletting of sites is permitted at the park. One person in the cabin must be 21 years of age. Cabins have a maximum capacity of 6 people. All cabins have 2 cots per bedroom. The camping permit allows 1 car per cabin. Additional vehicles are $8.00 per night. Check-in time begins at 3:00p.m. on the day of arrival NO Exceptions. No check-ins after 10 p.m.! Check out time is 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the reservation. Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and is strictly enforced. A kennel for dogs and cats is 7 miles away, and is very clean. Access Pass and Lifetime Liberty Pass are NOT ACCEPTED FOR CABINS OR COTTAGES. During peak season there is a 7-night minimum. Swimming/Boat rental season is fourth saturday in June thru Labor day. (staff permitting) All cabins require a $40.00 cash/credit key deposit. Cottages require a $100.00 credit card deposit.
